Hi, I am in the market for a laptop and want a Thinkpad T500, but with the introduction of Core i5 next month, etc. is now a good time to buy a Thinkpad?
I have about 1200 dollars to spend. I see they haven't had tech spec changes in over a year, but the prices have dropped significantly. They start at 779 dollars, when they used to start at about 1000 dollars. When Core i5 comes out, will the Thinkpads rebound to the normal 1000 dollar price? Is now a good time to buy? Thanks!
