Hi All

I'm new to the apple watch, and buying my first one shortly (Series 3, not 4G) so forgive me if my question sounds a bit vague or nonsensical.

I will be using the AW with a Polar HRM strap. I know that the Polar Flow app works with the AW, so does this mean that any activity recorded in Polar Flow (or while Polar Flow is in use) will be transferred to the AW Workout App and also to the AW Activity Rings?
