iPad Third party back cover + Smart cover

Hi guys

I am looking for some good third party covers that comes with back cover and a smart cover (turn on and off when the cover is on)

Are there any good ones you would recommend? I feel like the apple ones arent very sturdy and the one everyone has been linking on amazon seem to be less sturdy to make it stand and watch videos/etc

any suggestions?

You could give the VersaCover a try. I've never had one but now that Apple is using the 3 fold design I might.

I've had it since it came out, and I absolutely love it. It's well-built, sleek, very functional with multiple viewing/typing angles, relatively slim, and I feel the design is top-notch. I get asked about it a lot...

I know it's a little expensive compared to some others that are similar, but I feel it's worth it. For example, the Incipio LGND was just poorly constructed, and their smart feather peeled apart.

Thank you! Another question if you don't mind. How sturdy is it when you have it on your lap or over your blanket? So like on uneven how well does the iPad stand up?

My apologies that it took me a week...was traveling for work and did not have much free time to hit the forums.

It's pretty sturdy in my lap, much more so than the smart cover, simply because it can fold into a triangle shape. it's not rock solid in applications like that, but nothing will be. It just fares better than the Apple smart cover simply on surface area, as the Versacover's design lends to more solid shape.

Do let us know the difference between the Smart Case and the Ultra Slim.
The pictures look darn near identical.
