Third party keyboards in Mail & Spotlight (8.3)

Anyone else finding that Mail doesn't remember your choice of keyboards?

Have tried this with Swype and Swiftkey and Mail defaults back to the stock iOS keyboard every time I reopen it.

And for some reason I can't select a third party keyboard at all in Spotlight - the globe icon isn't even there.

Known bugs? I've scanned the 8.3 bug threads and I realise third party keyboards are still not working very well, but didn't see these two things mentioned specifically.

Yeah, I've had the same issue. Third-party keyboards do seem to be much more stable on 8.3, that I can now use them, but they still have niggling bugs overall.
