Third party keyboards still not fixed ?

I am now running the public beta 9.1 and I find that the third party keyboard issues have still not been fixed on iOS 9. One of the major features touted on iOS 8 has still not been fixed in iOS 9. Swift key in particular has still been erratic . What has the experience been with other third party keyboards ?

I use Swype, it seems to work fine...
