Third-party link bracelet does not fit in S4

Hi,
I was in an apple store and tried to attach my third party link bracelet to a stainless stell 44mm watch.
I was not able to slide it in.
On the 44mm aluminum watch it was not a problem and i never had problems with me 42mm SS.

Do you think the watch in the store was faulty or anybody heard/had the same Problem?

I would guess faulty third party band and not the watch as being faulty.

I would agree, but it slide in perfect on my S0 and all aluminum S4 watches. Could only test one SS in the Store.

My third party steel bracelet didn’t fit my Series 4 either. I ended up purchasing a real Apple one and fits perfectly. It’s not a problem with your watch.

I googled and found out the S4 has 0,6mm deeper connectors.
