Third Party USB Wireless Adapter (pref. High powered)

The hotel i'm staying at has poor reception all over for my Airport card in my Macbook, so I want to find an external USB adapter that I can fling around to find better signal in my room.

Can anyone suggest a good high-powered alternative to the Airport card? USB connectivity is a must. Tiger/Intel mac support also a must. Wireless B/G doesn't matter. It will only be used for internet connections, not filesharing.

Any recommendations?

You will probably struggle. Almost all of the USB/WiFi adaptors do not have OSX drivers, PPC or x86.
