Keep getting this message everytime I put my 4s on the dock to charge. Should I just ignore it or just charge my phone by the wall? will it damage the phone long term by having it on the dock? it shouldn't do but it worries me this message keeps coming up everytime i charge it.

If it's an older dock that used the old firewire standard you'll get that message. It won't harm your device, but it won't charge it. You can get converters that will fix this.

It charged it fine, to 100% each time but it issue was when i took it off the charger there was no sound on siri which made me abit worried the dock had something to do with it.

Dock is't that old, got it last year and worked fine with the 4.

Siri doesn't make a sound when removing your iPhone from the charger.

Huh, weird. Not sure what to tell you about that.

Think i may just play it safe and just charge it from the plug. Don't want to ruin the phone in any way.

No I meant after I took it off charge.

Got zero sound from siri until i got to work about an hour ago. Can't understand why though. When I checked it at work the tone was down to the lowest amount but that is odd as it never was before. I always put my phone on mute overnight though.
