Hello!

I have problem with connecting two iPhones to my MacBook to use them as NDI streaming cameras. I have powered usb hub from Transcend (TS-HUB3K). After connecting I got message from both phones "This accessory may not be supported" and those phones are not connecting to computer or not even charging. What might cause the problem and is there usb hub that can handle 2 phones as streaming purposes? MacBook is late 2014.

It just sounds like it doesn't have enough power output. Does it charge at all with only one iPhone connected?

I don't have a recommendation for another hub but I believe that will be the answer.

OP:

The hub you mentioned in post 1 doesn't look like a "powered hub".

I believe Brian is right -- you need a POWERED USB hub (one that has it's own "power block").

Or else... plug the cameras directly into the MacBook.

That is powered and has own transformer. Problem is that I have only two usb in on my MacBook and one is used by audiomixer in.
