This article in TIME says both 6 and 6+ have 2mb RAM

2 megabytes?!

Tim Cook is ruining Apple with the penny pinching!!

But it's more than 640 kb so should be OK.
 
Jokes aside, can we even be sure the supposed benchmark of the iPhone 6 that reported 1GB is real? Wouldn't exactly be hard to fake that..

They also say the processor runs at 2 ghz and the phone has a "graphics accelerator" whatever the hell that means. Wouldn't take it as definitive.
 
I, for one, am extremely excited with the prospect of opening an image and keeping it open! This is truly an advanced age we live in…

I don't thin we're running 2 on iphone 6/6+... Current 5s is A7 1.3ghz dual core beast and it's rumored that the A8 is 1.4ghz dual core. Graphic accelerator is for the GPU, 5s has a Quadcore. More than likely 6/6+ will have at least a Quadcore GPU.

The GPU is actually hexacore in the A8.
 
It also says the iPhone 6 weights 113 grams when it is actually 129..

Looks like they just pulled in the info from a user input site findthebest? LOL

It's been well known that those supposed bench marks were fake I thought. We'll see once we get the devices in our hands.

GPU is claimed to be hexacore this time around.
 
My guess based on all other articles is the iPhone 6+ has 2GB and the iPhone 6 has 1GB. Time just made an error and said it was on both models.
