i was playing around with my ipod touch so i set a passcode on it...

then, i tried entering the wrong passcode multiple times to see what would happen

the display said "iPhone is disabled"

its funny how Apple really did just copy and paste a lot of things onto the ipod touch and somebody let something get through...

Yeah, Apple seemed to do a rush job on the firmware. The other day I tried to view a YouTube video and got a message saying this video is not compatible with the iPhone.
