I keep reading a lot of complaints about the new iPhones, and a lot are pure made because of media rumors that were taken for fact,
and a lot are just complaining because they were disappointed that the actual iPhones don't match what the media described.
and I thought it might be fun to list most rumors, and see if anybody can supply information that would really make it fact.
not some article about a person that has been accurate in the past, or is somehow connected to Apple.
Rumor 1:
the iPhone X was supposed to have a touchID underneath the screen, but they gave up and hurriedly made Face-Id and added the notch on the X, because they were running out of time.
Rumor 2:
Face-Id does not work good, just look at the presentation, it will still be beta until the next Xs in 2018
Rumor 3:
The X was supposed to be really bezel-less, and without any notch.
Rumor 4:
The iPhone 8 is not selling well, even now you can order without shipping delay.
Rumor 5:
The iPhone X will be available in very small quantities at launch, because of technical difficulties. probably won't be available until 3rd month 2018, and they only started production last week.
Personally I try to keep a very open mind about all these so called factual rumors, but I see a lot of disappointed users and heated arguments just because of this.
and because a money making YouTube vid, with rumors taken for fact, is much more interesting then actual facts, only adds to the problem.
