this is so annoying!!!

on the upper right of my screen, i have this annoying little american flag and i cant figure out how to remove it!
help me, its so annoying!!!!

You should be able to hold the command key and drag it off the bar.

System Prefs->International->Input Menu

Deselect the check box for "Show input menu in menu bar"

In System Preferences:International, uncheck the box at the bottom of the screen...
