It's kind of scary that I actually remember that "test" - and I've only owned a Mac since February of this year! I suppose I could say I've been following them since 1998, and it took me 5 years to actually get one

BTW, I spent the 5 years trying out various Mac emulators. Still no PPC one after all this time! But OS 8.1 runs well on Basilisk II

heheh. i ran system 7.5.5 for a while with basilisk 2. it ran great. i even played a game of "you don't know jack" on the emulated system.
