This is the weirdest problem I have ever had!

Safari as well as any other browser on my macbook pro, wont load Google Yahoo or Youtube it says "failed to open page". EVERY OTHER SITE LOADS. What in the world could cause that?

Update: BING seems to work!....hmmm clever strategy by Microsoft? guess ill be using that until this get figured out..ugh!

anyone have any ideas? its driving me crazy! I tried restarting my comp, restarting the router, taking off the firewall and reseting safari to no avail.

Any chance someone blocked the sites through parental controls?

Open a terminal and type the command:

nslookup google.com

Thanks for the help, but after hours I found the problem.
Peer Guardian for some reason just started blocking those sites.. deleted it and i'm back.
