Ok, this is messed up. At 10:56 am local time, my watch tapped me. I checked and it said my exercise ring was complete. Impossible!!

I fell asleep on the ouch around 11 pm yesterday. Watch battery was under 10% at the time.

The last time I had don’t anything closer to exercise was about 4:30 pm yesterday when I biked home from the office, a whopping 0.8 miles.

Not sure what time my phone battery died on my wrist overnight, but it was dead when I woke up a bit before 6 am today. I put it on the charger and left it there until 8 20 am. It was fully charged then.

When I left to ride my bike to the office around 9:45 am today, Strava was showing in auto-pause mode, I’m guessing from my ride home yesterday. I think this played a role in this recording error.

Any ideas on how to fix this, or delete

this incorrect data? Here are some screen shots from my watch and phone.

Looks like it was a workout recorded in your app? I didn't even know the Exercise ring displayed activity by app. If you delete the workout in your app I wonder if it would delete from the ring...
