Grey coloring scheme? It’s translucent so the background is coming through. I agree with OP. Liquid glass draws a lot of inspiration from visionOS but it was never as transparent. But it’s a beta 1 so I’m expecting some changes before release.

Exactly. I love new floating buttons and tab bars but if only they could use old “standard” Apple materials instead of a glass! That would be perfect.

And before you say that there is the Reduce Transparency option, that’s not cutting it, it still has glass edges etc. Just use old translucency and we’re home!

It's too reminiscent of existing iOS 7-18 UI. Like the FaceTime app or call screen. They wanted to make something that looks different.
