I'm no Apple fanboy, but I have to defend Apple here and say that you could do that with any phone on the market. Send someone out with a Galaxy S3 telling random people on the street it's a Galaxy S4, and some people will believe it.

Also, don't forget that such videos are edited so that you only see the one out of every 20+ or however many people who are actually fooled.
