"This item is temporarily unavailable" says iTunes

Hi,
I am getting "This item is temporarily unavailable" - please try again later.Its happening everytime when I try to update apps. This preventing me to update my iphone and ipod, which is annoying. I have no idea what is the reason for it ....no updates, no new software installed etc.
I have done googl'ing but no straight answers.
Any help will be appreciated.

Quit iTunes, reboot, and wait till later. It's probably a server related issue. Be patient.
