I blew my 403 day Apple Watch ring streak because I went to bed early and forgot that I hadn't met my Stand goal. I met the Move and Exercise goals, but came up 1 short on Stand. 😢

Ugh that's rough. I've been screwed on stand before but the absolute worst I ever had was missing a monthly challenge because of 2 points on my move ring. I was jumping all around the house and just watching the time tick closer to midnight, and my move ring slowly increasing. Then midnight hit and I was two short.

That's an absolutely incredible streak though regardless!
 
This is what I would do. Did you actually not stand for 12 hours, or was the watch off your hand and didn't record a stand earlier in the day. If so just add a stand hour in the Health app.

If not...that is a bummer. Time to start over.

This happened to me with my read goal and iOS Book app. Last year I had a 300+ day stretch of reading an hour a day. Only to have it ended by a 59 min day!

I don’t see how to edit that. There is one hour between 6 and 7pm yesterday showing as idle (with the next hour showing me standing) when I’m actually sure I responded to all stand prompts yesterday before I went to bed.

How do you edit this?

Hmm...I thought stand hours could be added....you could add a workout during that hour for say 10 min....

Hmm...I thought stand hours could be added....you could add a workout during that hour for say 10 min....
All you have to do is add an "Other" workout for 1 minute during one of the hours you didn't get a stand. You can even put 0 calories and it will count towards your stand goal.
