'this message has not been downloaded from the server' How do I fix this?

I can open all other mail in my inbox but not 2 from the same sender. Screen keeps giving me above message. Why & how do I fix it. I use hotmail & said sender is not stopped from sending email to me. It's driving me mad. Pl help.
