Can anyone explain why I get this message on every other email in the Mail app now?

I don't remember ever receiving this message before updating to iOS 16.

My guess is that it knows what tracking pixels are and splits them off so you can download pictures and tracking pixels separately. That’s my best guess.

What are your email privacy settings?

Sorry, forgot to respond to this. My privacy settings are all three of those toggles off.
Okay my theory is that it’s splitting the tracking pixels off separately from actual image pixels, but not sure. 🤷‍♂️

Two months later but yeah I have all those privacy settings turned off too and it’s still happening. Oh well. Not like it affects anything lol

Yeah, I’ve resolved to just ignoring it, at well. Just a visual nuisance but a little one.
