In the tattoist's defense... that original picture is atrocious. Poor departed and clearly missed woman, but that picture is just awful. She looks like there's a dog biting into her leg that is hidden in the picture.

to be fair, that particular tattoo artist isn't bad at all...just his tattoos from pictures of people sorta suck.
