If I knew ATT had them Id go line up right now to get one silver and one gold. But whats the point if I dont know if they have them.

I would go to the apple store, but my wife is out of town and ATT is the only place that will sell it to me with an upgrade without it leaving activated. I could always get mine now and order hers online.

I am buying my wife an upgrade phone as a surprise for her birthday. When I asked about leaving with a non activated phone from the apple store, the apple specialist in the chat said the activation would not happen until the phone was turned on. I hope that helps.
