There' some kind of mail icon in the menu bar. This might be a side effect of how that's checking for new Hotmail messages. Hotmail might be treating it like a regular web visit and tryi to open an ad.

I've closed the program (was MailTab Pro for Outlook) and it seems to have fixed the issue. MailTab Pro for Outlook has been breaking more and more over the past few weeks and looks like this is another thing that broke
