This Version of iTunes will expire in 97 hours

I'm currently running the iTunes 10.5 beta, as I downloaded the ios 5 gm a week or so earlier than general release. When I went to install the new firmware update for Lion today, after restarting and installing my macbook pro I went to open iTunes and a window pooped up saying 'This version of iTunes will expire in 97 hours'...

has anyone else had this issue? is it due to it still being the beta version? most importantly, will I lose all my music/apps/backups??

It looks like it is the Beta Version.

Open iTunes > Click iTunes in the top left > Click About.

If the build number has a 'B' after it then its a beta copy.

You will need to go to here to download a non-beta copy.

Yes update to a non-beta release. Why is that so difficult to understand.

awesome, thanks. Have been checking the Software Updates regularly to see if I could update it that way, hadn't thought getting it direct from apple would be necessary as it seemed to be working ok. all working now, cheers!
