I already do what this offers between a tower I have connected to my home theater with the free 'Remote' app...as well as more low key in any room with my laptop. Or I use AirMusic w/computers I don't have my music on.

It's cool if you don't have other means of controlling your music wireless-ly, but definitely overpriced either way.

ya I use the remote app but sometimes its kind of a pain when I forget to leave itunes open on my desktop. plus these speakers are portable so that would be cool to be able to bring it around with you wherever you are around the house ie: garage working on your car or bathroom doing work. plus I think with the ihome app you can set up an alarm from your phone and it'll play through the speakers.
