If they made a keyboard input on the side of the table,t and built a special keyboard for it that would connect sort of like on a laptop. So you would have a slick laptop and you could actually pull the screen off and use touch controls. That would be awesome. Apple should give me one million dollars for this idea or I will sue them
 
And you had nothing better to do?

Im sure you'll be able to connect bluetooth keyboards, if this device is actually real and comes to fruition.

This thread is genius, I was high and yall would wet your pants if Apple mad a laptop where you could take the screen off
 
I doubt it will be physical connections but it will work over bluetooth. All companies are moving away from wires and ports so a product as revolutionary as the tablet would have few as possible and use wifi and bluetooth.
 
Yeah but the thing is flat. You would have to put it on your thighs and look straight down and then have a bluetooth keyboard below it. That would suck. If you could connect it to a keyboard that could hold the tablet though, it would work exactly as a keyboard, and you could adjust the angle of the screen (tablet) just the way you'd like it. Say what you want, if this came true and was created with a slick design yall would love it.

and theres nothing revolutionary about removing a little hole on the side of it (if it comes out that is, i know its still just rumors) other than limiting opportunites and wasting battery life on wireless connections. I aint saying I want a million ports and inputs and stuff on the thing, but having a few aint bad at all
 
Something light, you can hold on your lap, adjust the display angle, and has a keyboard you can carry with and which connects easily to type on, and has few connections or ports? Sounds like a MacBook Air -- now all they have to do is make it touch-screen capable!
 
^ Which the tablet is, and the cool thing in my opinion is that you could actually take the screen off and use it as a "regular" tablet

Hells no! Then we'd have people coming on to this forum whining about sliding off the screen would scratch it.
 
yes, because they could only design it in a way that would scratch the tablet
 
i'd tell you to go back to school but something tells me that you haven't started there yet.

I think the "dopest" thing this forum could do would be to enforce a level of competency with it's thread starters, or at least lock and remove threads like this.
