I just gave them a try, I never really liked them before but I can't tell a freaking difference between this and my Sennheiser CX400's. They seem to be working fine just for sitting here but dare not run with them in. Oh ****, I don't run anyway. What kind of headphones do you use??

I'm one of the few that actually like the stock iPhone earbuds. If I ever lost them, I'd buy the same ones all over again. But that's just me

I love the headphones that come with. I use them all the time to talk on the phone and while I'm workin out. My dog chewed up my first ones so I had to go out and buy another pair but it's wroth it.

Im the exact same. My friends all say I have small ears and that is why they work for me. But in all seriousness, the stock earbuds work really well for me. They fit nice and I don't mind the sound they put out :D

They sound ok, and compared to $40 Cx400, they probably sound ok as well. Try buying some $100+ headphones and you'll start noticing what good earphones should should like ( combined with high quality audio )

Oh yeah wrong subforum too ( better to post in the Accessories forum)

Grado SR60s and RE0s.

If you want something more immediately impressive, you should check out the Fischer Audio Eterna.

Oooh, damn. Another one bites the dust. So long, Shenan, you were always good for some laughs:)

Stock headphones sound fine but, as mentioned above, they suck for running.

I got some cheapo wrap-around-the-ears set for that but don't really notice a difference in sound.

I have actually bought new pairs of the default headphones a few times since ive had my iphone.

I use skullcandy fmj (full metal jacket) earbuds made for iPhone with in line mic. They have an awesome sound at a reasonable price.

are there any headphones out there that are better than the apple in ear hadphones but similarly priced?

I was recently running a mile when I was listening with the stock headphones, they sounded the same as when I walk or sit down. I'm not sure if it's just your headphones or if you've had the headphones for awhile.
