I'm really struggling with my mental health at the moment, and am looking forward to trying this new feature out.

If it helps you in any way, can you please elaborate on how it helps?

It's a very simple app, you'll get two reminders per day to assess your mood (you can add more manually of course). It's not ground breaking and I think it's meant to be very light and basic, but I guess it's helpful because I am reminded to think about how I feel and why I feel that way, which is not something I would do on my own. If you are struggling with your mental health, I think you should look into more comprehensive apps or professional resources that will be more helpful than those two reminders a day.
