Those tethering with 3.0 on AT&T any charges on bill?

You should not see any additional charges on your bill unless you surpass the 5GB per month soft-cap. They do not immediately charge you but they will send you a friendly notice that you went over. All my tethering over 3G this month has amounted to a whopping 800MB, and thats using it 2 hrs a day every day. You should be fine.
