Ok, I know this topic has been discussed heavily but I'm waiting for my black SS 42mm or hopping on the great deals for 38mm series 0 at bestbuy.

I have small wrists and had 42mm previously and thought it looked ok but now I think I could pull off 38mm. My wrists are about 155mm or so.

Those with 38mm watches, what size are your wrists and let's see some pics.

I don't have any pictures for you. But I want to comment, if you have small wrists, the 38 MM can easily be worn. Also, the first Gen Watch is a steal right now being discounted around $300.00. Assuming your not interested in the GPS or water resistance.

Here you go. As a skinny runner .. my wrists are about 165mm. I think I 42mm would have been too big on my wrist. This is a Series 2 38mm.

As long as you don't have big, old beefy wrists or you're not about 7 feet tall with wrists to match your stature, you can pull off a 38MM. My husband is 6 feet tall and he wears the 38MM because he doesn't prefer a "sporty" look. He's got muscular, though lean, wrists and it looks perfectly nice on him.

I have a 42MM and small wrists, but I'm a woman and we can wear big, clunky watches on small wrists. :)

Posted this on another thread, but here it is again: I've got 165mm wrists and switched to a 38mm from a 42mm (which was too big after a while)

I've got a pretty small frame in general (5' 10" and 145lbs)

Thanks everyone. I decided to cancel my series 2 in Space Black SS 42mm and go with first gen. Space black with link 38mm for 349 at BestBuy. I will probably sell the link and end up paying maybe 200 for the SS 38mm watch.

I'm 6'0" and 150lbs with 155mm wrists.

I would stick with the 42mm, I tried 38 and returned it. My Wrist size is a tad bigger but you will miss the display size.

Yeah... it'll fit your wrists just fine. Mine are close to your size, but I'm smaller otherwise, being all girly and such.

The display is the only reason I went 42MM. I like the bigger display. If that doesn't matter to you, you'll do fine with the 38MM.

[doublepost=1475099845][/doublepost]Picked up a 38mm since that's all they had and so far I'm happy I decided on the small one. The larger one was a bit big for my wrist

I'll add my knock-off Hermes for posterity (it's the Hermes band, but not the Hermes watch - but it matches my Garmin!).

Don't know if this is useful at all, but here is the opposite end of the spectrum on a big wrist. I don't think it looks half bad

Well I ordered the 38mm from Best Buy but now I've also ordered a 42mm. Both space black. I got a deal I couldn't pass up on a used 42mm so now I have both. I'll see which I like better and sell the other. I think I may have a problem. Haha

So I went through this with S0 and basically I'm a 165mm and I'm glad I went with 42. I actually owned a 38 mm as well and after I lived with both a bit I went with 42. The thing is pics really make the watch look bigger so you just have to go into the store and see which looks better on your wrist in person or back in the day I guess you printed out the cutouts and look in the mirror, don't take a picture directly and judge by that as that distorts things. If you take a picture though the mirror that did tend to give a pretty realistic look. Taking a picture dead on though can make it look much bigger on the wrist than it really is.

What does wrist size correlate with? Not really with height. Frame size?
