So for those who have available upgrades every year, will you be getting the 4S and then hoping that they don't release the 5 until next year. Is it worth the risk? The only thing I really want is the Siri. But I'm torn as to what to do.

I really don't think they are going to release an iPhone 5 in early 2012.

I think October is their new release cycle.

same thoughts on my end

i think this year we took the "pain" of a longer refresh cycle with no "awesome" upgrade in order to move the release cycle to Mid-October.

Those with upgrades every 2 years will have to wait a little longer than normal to upgrade this time, not because AT&T says so, but because Apple probably won't release iPhone 5 until Fall 2012.

Didn't AT&T cancel/ change their yearly upgrade policy? Can someone confirm because I don't love the 4s but would get it if my yearly upgrade was still in effect. If not I can keep my 4 and wait for a better phone next year.

i hope they stick to the october launch now for everyone who upgrades now sakes...
