I look at MacInTouch this morning to find that Thoth Software is apparently gone:

Since I have been a paid user of Thoth (their newsreader) since it came out for OSX, and use it almost daily, I'm in a bit of shock over this--not only is it one of the best newsreaders on any platform, but it's a great all-around piece of OSX software to boot.
What happened to them, and why?!
