Depends. If real estate is a priority, get the 15 inch. If it's portability you're after, get the 13 inch.
 
I'm guess best bang for the buck and long term use since I won't upgrade for a long while
 
Hmm, then a quad core cpu (15 inch) will outlast the dual core in the 13 inch in terms of performance over the years
 
Ok good thought was just wondering if there was a big difference between 2016 late and 2017
 
I see the late 2016 MacBook Pro 13 had keyboard issues is that the same as the 15 and has those been addressed in 2017

The keyboard may or may not have issues. Seems to be the luck of the draw and issues are in both 2016 and 2017 models.

Be sure to read the return policy from B&H. I believe once you open the box there is a large return charge.
