Thoughts on 64bit OSs on Parallels 4

Will a 64 bit Vista and XP be worth installing into parallels on a UniBody 2.4ghz 15.4" MBP? What would the pros and cons be. I will not be doing any major work with either. I will mostly be using them for support (I'm IT) for my co-workers.
