I have an ambient light sensor, but I am part of the group, that doesn't exist, as all seem to know something, but I don't know what you're on about.
Care to explain?

It seems fine to me. I do wish it would make more significant adjustments but in general it works fine. I've lived with the Dell version and it is a bit too hyper for me. Perhaps Apple's version is just fine.
