As Far as iPhone is Concerned, This is what I think will happen...

iPhone 3G's 8GB will be knocked out... adding a 32GB

An iPhone Nano will be announced in 8GB and 16GB

They will probably release some new software for the iPhones


So, just to be clear of my views:

1. iPhone 3G - 16GB ($199), 32GB ($299)
2. iPhone Nano - 8GB ($99), 16GB ($199)


As far as plans go, I think the nano has to have some kind of

customizable data plan.


And if they release new software, which they most likely will, it

must have push. And Apple is very smart and very clever about

everything they do so i think they will then, consider MMS and copy

and paste. But, I'm not sure of what restrictions there are, but

whatever Apple does, I'm positive it's gonna be awesome!

An announcement for a software updates for iPhone in Febuary / March.

Agreed, no iPhone Nano. The iPhone is Steve Jobs' baby, he would have waited until the next MacWorld expo to pull out if it were gonna be announced, IMO.

I'll be shocked if there's an iPhone nano..it's probably the most unlikely apple rumor ever.

IF they do the iPhone Nano, which I think is unlikely:
- The Nano will not have AT&T data
- So just Calling and text from AT&T (hopefully MMS & Copy/Paste in the MacWorld software update)
- Wi-Fi will be the ONLY source of internet

Prediction: iPhone Nano will be a small iPod Touch with calling and texting abilities. iPhone 3G will be upgraded to 32GB and a software update. The Nano will also have same resolution display, but smaller so that App's and such work perfectly.

@OP: I think your pricing and levels of storage are the best bet.
