When I updated to GM on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 3 it showed my mail apps as having approximately 5000+ unread emails. Assumes its picked up everyone on my mail server and it was funny at first but how to do clear it? Tried going in and then doing 'mark all' but it only seems to select the emails you can see at that point and not all so? Any suggestions? It use that you had a choice of how many emails to download at a time but that seems to have disappeard?

Logout and log back in in the setting.

It's my own domain and I have bought pop mail package for the domain. I just upgraded from iOS 6 so settings are as they were.

Go to the online view of your email and make it imap

Won't that be a problem if I normally access my email from several devices? Doesn't IMAP mean once it's downloaded on one device it wont show or download on another? So is this a change in how iOS 7 handles pop because it was fine until the upgrade?

It will donwload fine, will show up as read, thats all. Read it on 1, all the others see it as read to.

Nope IMAP to make it simple keeps it all in the cloud and all devices sync to that so all will show the same thing.
