Threads with multiple pages

Is there any way to display threads with multiple pages all on one page, rather than having to press 'next page' every time?
 
User CP -> Edit Options -> Number of Posts to Show Per Page

However, the maximum is 40 posts per page so that isn't a huge help
 
:( That's still a few more than the standard, isn't it?
