I have an iPhone 4 and love the gyro in it for game playing and star watching app. I am thinking of getting a iPad 2 and was looking at the 3G vs WiFi only. On speck page on the Apple web site it only shows a 3-axis gyro in the none 3G’s (see sensor section).

I’m not understanding something…… Why is there no 3-axis gyro listed on the 3G? I would think the 3G has a gyro similar to the one in my iPhone 4.

Last question…. I would be interested in a 1st gen iPad and I assume the gyro would be the similar to the iPad2. Where would be a good place to pay at an original iPad.

Thanks

You are misreading the chart. The three sensors are in both models. You see there is no shading difference.

By the way does that star walk app require an internet connection to work?
