Why do Apple consider it okay to take your £2,300 for a product and not tell you where in the world it us or even change status in 10 days.

I bought a MacBook Pro and aside from Item Shipped, there has been no update since then.

Call the sales team and even they don't know where in the world the Mac is. This is not good.

With three days till delivery, surely they should be updating me?

Has anyone else found this frustrating?

I know it might sound dumb, but I have to ask anyway.

Are you sure it's not in your junk mail folder, and that the tracking number isn't on Apple's site under your list of orders?

:p
