"Apple Vision Pro has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not, and may not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased, until authorization is obtained."

In small print at the bottom of the page for the Vision Pro. Is this normal for a new product?

I noticed that too, and it's interesting if it hasn't received approval yet. Maybe the FCC allows them to delay announcement of the approval, which may have previously unknown details, until the time of launch? I just looked up some history and the original iPhone received FCC approval about a month and a half (!) before the on-sale date.
