Three-finger dragging gone?

Apparently apple loves its Force Touch so much that it's replaced the trackpad option to tap with three fingers in order to drag a window, file, etc. Is there a Terminal command or some other way to get this functionality back?

It's still there under Accesibility in prefs now.
