Inertial scrolling works fine, three finger swipe works great... three finger dragging doesn't work at all.

Logged out, logged in, restarted, reset PRAM, etc.

No luck.

Anyone else having this problem?

Go to the trackpad settings in the system preferences and change it to 3-finger drag instead of the other one. (Sorry, I'm on my Dell work machine ATM, no OSX.) :(

Yeah, that's the problem. When I set it to that it does nothing.

I can even go back and forth between the two. "Swipe to Navigate" works great, "Dragging" does nothing.

It's going to sound stupid, but are you trying to drag from any location in the window? It only works at the title bar.

Also, possibly try to repair disk permissions. Everyone always recommends that.
