Hi all

I have noticed I have been having 2 issues since upgrading to the iPhone 12 Pro and just want to know if these are just bugs or something I can fix:

1. The first one is when I clear recent call history they clear perfectly fine but now and again 1 or 2 calls will re-appear the next day.

2. Sometimes when I receive a text message I get the notification, I open the messages app and the text message is not there, but when I force close the messages app and re-open it, it re-appears.

3. The last one is on the iPad, if I select all calls and delete them all in one swoop it usually leaves one call which I then have to delete again.

Anyone having same issues running latest OS.

I have a different issue with the recent calls history. Not sure if it is related but sometimes the list does not refresh properly. Basically I know that I have had some calls but they are not shown at all in the list. They did appear the next day though.

I saw this only once and I am not sure what caused it. However maybe there is indeed some issues with this list and the behaviors we observed is related to it.

I do not receive text messages that much so I cannot comment on the issue mentioned. I did have issues synching texts though. Like I would receive the notification on my iPhone on time, but it would be like 3 hours delay for the iPad. It was so weird.

Yeah quite possible that the calls which are re-appearing maybe wernt on the original list that was deleted possibly.

definitely an issue in the text and call lists in the current OS on both iPad and iPhone

Btw just as mentioned this with the recent calls history and now I have the same issue. Basically the last call I have in the recent calls list is from 4 hours ago. However I did have two other calls at this period and they are not shown on the iPhone. One of them is shown on the iPad, the other not. It really is a mess. Luckily it is not blocker for me but it is like basic functionality related to phones (even not smartphones) that I would expect to work.

Yeah so 100% sounds like a bug in iOS causing this issue, wonder how widespread it is with some not noticing possibly... it is a basic function though and not really acceptable for a $1000 phone 😞
