When looking at my phone I noticed 3 red dots just left of the ear speaker. What are the for?
Thanks

Are they actually RED or are they just kinda behind the screen and grayish?

If they are red, means your phone isn't working quite right...my proximity sensor went red after dropping it in the lake.

One of them can go red. Go into a dark room, call someone, put your phone down. Put your hand in front of the sensors and quickily remove it. Look at the sensors, one should be red.

I still don't get it, either. :D

Let me help you and the OP out.
This topic has been discussed in length hundreds if not thousands of times. Going all the way back to the original iPhone.
Not only has it been discussed on MacRumors but probably every iPhone forum in existence. A little bity search would've answered the question more times than any one person would ever need to know.
Not to mention RTFM it's even in there
So this brings us to the comment. You would think someone with a Demi-God title would know such things, as search or RTFM. But alas I guess when you simply buy your title... you don't.

What difference does it make if there is another thread on this? There wasn't one the first 3 pages, so why not have one there for a few days??

It's not like this is another thread for "How to get MMS"...besides everyone's post count went up a few ticks!

Well, let me help you out.

The title of the OP has nothing to do with how much they know about any one topic. For all you know, they've never owned an iPhone and the "demi-god" status is due to their experience on a mac.

Besides, who said demi-gods weren't lazy :D
