Threeway sync?

I just noticed in my iTunes the option to sync contacts and calendar between my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. I have my iPhone set up so that it gets contacts and calendar from our exchange server.

Does this now mean that I can get my exchange contacts also in my Mac address book?

After trying it, no sync seems to be done at all...
