Now that firmware 7.3.1 is out I'm trying to figure out what the best backup solution would be. I like that I can easily replace drives connected to an AEBS, however I feel that a Time Capsule would provide better throughput.

I heard Time Capsule can do 6.5 to 8.0MB/s write. The following link shows the performance of the Airdisk under the old firmware.

How does the read/write speeds of the AEBS Airdisk compare to Time Capsule under the 7.3.1 firmware?

UPDATE: After some more searching I saw that it reaches above 5 MB/s.
