Thuderbird starts minimized

Hi folks,

When I click to start thunderbird icon on my dock the program starts, but it starts minimized. So I have to reclick to dock icon and make thuderbird maximized.

So could you help me please how to start the program maximized all time. Because it's annoying to click twice to make the program display on screen.
